Sip Story: “Flight Risk” x Whiskey Sour

🎤 FLIGHT RISK by Cherie Priest 🎤

★★★★.5

🍹Drink Pairing: “A Very Grady Birthday Drink” - aka a Classic & Simple Whiskey Sour. Our favorite (emotional-support) bartender Tiffany always knows how to whip up some very ~interesting~ drinks, but you can’t go wrong with a Grady classic!

Recipe:
* Add 1 oz fresh lemon juice, 1 oz simple syrup, and 2 oz bourbon into a cocktail shaker with ice
* Shake very, very well, and strain into a rocks glass with ice
* Add an orange wheel + maraschino cherry garnish - and enjoy!

To save the recipe, swipe and screenshot! And for a Mocktail version - sub the bourbon with Ritual Zero Proof Whiskey Alternative!

✨Review: Ms. Cherie Priest has done it again! One of my favorite cozy mysteries got a sequel and I could not have been more excited to receive a copy. “Grave Reservations” was one of my top reads last winter so I was SO excited to delve back into the world of part time travel agent, part time psychic Leda Foley, and Detective Grady Merritt.

In this story we get to see a return of our favorite cast of characters as they follow new mysteries of a leg found in a forest, and a missing woman - that of course get intertwined. When things get messy, Leda and Grady know just what to do to get to the bottom of it!

This was a quick read, and the twists and turns definitely kept me on the hook. I can’t wait to see what is in store for the rest of the series!
